Childish Gambino's Jellyman boba shop!!! When i heard about this from a friend I was stoked to try it out! I got the matcha latte with maple sea foam & boba to add to my matcha tier list. So far, the smooth creaminess of the milk tea put this drink in my A-list! I enjoyed the dark wood & mirrors in the store's architecture, the purple led lights gave the room a cool complimentary hue. On top of that the jellyman was very inviting as he has his hands laid out for anyone to dap him up

I usually get black tea with boba, and it is pretty delicious! I'm not too much of a tea connoisseur but the tea feels high quality. The ambiance and furniture design of the store is pretty tasteful. Sitting the semi-outdoor area usually has a nice breeze and is pleasant. Street parking only. Seating is very limited.

Pretty cool boba shop owned by Donald Glover. This is located on the famous street of Sunset Blvd, so this is a great spot for some foot traffic. Parking is not easy in this area, but there are a lot of metered parking spots. Service was really good! I came with my supervisor since it was the nearest boba shop to my workplace. You have options to have a milk tea based drink. Menu is on the side of the wall when you walk in. There is not very much seating, so it seems more like a grab and go place. Decor is pretty cool with the ambient lighting and the big statue thingy. I ordered the rose hibiscus latte for myself at 25 sweet with oat milk. It was pretty watered down. Good thing here is that you can still adjust for sweetness after drinking it. I was in a rush so I hadn't had the chance to :( I probably wouldn't return unless I was in the area. Cup sizes are pretty small and pricy.

Y'know what this place is pretty good. The Thai limeade reminds me of the Vietnamese drink, nuoc chanh muoi (salted pickle lime with carbonated water). Delicious, refreshing, and def can taste the flavors of the plum. Matcha yuzu was also a hit. Not too sweet at all. This place is worth the try. I love that the teas I got weren't sweet at all, def light on the syrup. A bit hesitant to try the peanut butter jelly and other various new flavors but maybe one day. Ambience was very chill at around 6pm on a Sunday night. Seating is very tight. Service was excellent. The matcha yuzu didn't have a secured lid and it spilled but once we brought it to the server's attention she was so kind to replace the lid with a sipper style.
